Brick and Tile Yard Labourer with Forklift

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking motivated Labourers and Forklift Operators to join a well-established client based in Yatala, QLD.

Our client is a recognised leader in the manufacturing of bricks, tiles and cement products, with a strong national distribution network and a reputation for excellence in the industry. We are currently hiring on early (5am start) and late (3pm start) shifts for our large site in Yatala

About The Role:

• Supporting production and storage teams through hands-on manual tasks
• Manual movement of cement dry mix bags (20kg)
• Outdoor yard duties
• Painting tile panels
• Working across production lines – including mixing, stacking, and general labouring duties
• Preparing and cleaning cement molds to ensure quality output
• Operating forklifts to load and unload materials (for licensed operators)

What we’re looking for:

• A current HRW Forklift Licence (highly regarded, but not essential)
• Previous manufacturing or labouring experience
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Willing to work outdoors in a heavy work environment (20kg manual hanlding)
• Ability to confidently pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Reliable, hardworking individuals with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
